Supplies Needed
You will need the following supplies:
- Valentine’s Day word scramble (download link is available at the bottom of the post).
- Home printer (you can also print the game at your local print shop).
- White printer paper or preferably cardstock.
- Scissors or a paper cutter.
- Pens.
How to prepare the game
This Valentine’s Day word scramble is very easy to prepare. Follow the steps below:
- Download and print the game.
At the bottom of this post, you will find the links to download the word scramble and the answer key. The files are saved separately in a PDF format.
There are two 5″x7″ game cards on one page. You will need one card per player.
Print the game on white paper or cardstock (cardstock will be more durable).
- Cut out the cards.
Using scissors or a paper trimmer cut out the game cards along the grey cutting lines.
- Give each player a copy of the game and a pen or a pencil.
How to play the game
The game features a list of 16 jumbled words. All the words are related to Valentine’s Day.
The goal of the game is to rearrange the letters to spell out the words correctly.
The first person to unscramble all 16 words wins the game.
