Supplies Needed
You will need the following supplies:
- Graduation cupcake toppers (download link is available at the bottom of the post).
- Home printer (you can also print the game at your local print shop).
- White printer paper or preferably cardstock.
- Scissors or a 2″ craft punch.
- Toothpicks or skewers.
- Glue.

How to make the cupcake toppers
These cupcake topper are easy to make, simply follow follow the steps below.
Step 1: Download and print the cupcake toppers.
At the bottom of this post, you will find the download link. The file is saved in a PDF format.
Each cupcake topper measures 2″, and there are 12 of them per page. Print as many as you need.
Print on white paper or cardstock (cardstock will be more durable).
Step 2: Cut out the shapes.
Cut around the cupcake toppers with scissors or use a craft punch.
Step 3: Assemble.
Take one circle and add some glue to the back, position a toothpick straight down, and place another circle on top. Press a little to glue the pieces together.
Put the finished toppers into cupcake and you are all done!
